After porting into Airtel, i am facing so many issues from the very first day. Few Issues are given below :
* Not getting calls from Vodafone number. Airtel took 6 months to fix that issue
*Having an issue with the online banking transactions like Delay in OTP, not getting debit /credit messages.
*Now everything was running smoothly but airtel can’t see me as happy user. So they deleted my number which is 7303809882 (Profile) from their database.
Till 18th September 2PM, I was able to do calls and everything working fine but suddenly all Calls got stoped so i contact on 121 / 198. They said “they are unable to check my account details and suggested me to visit nearest Airtel store. I visited Ghatkopar-84 Airtel store. Then, they are saying that this connection is using in Delhi region (I haven’t visited Delhi yet). They raised service request (RITM3102398) which i’m not able to trace or check the status.
On 19th September, I got an update from appellate team they require below information:
SIM subscriber Name and Address:
20 digit SIM number behind the SIM card:
Prepaid/Postpaid connections
Alternate contact number:
and the same has been provided to them immediately. Also, I have shared SIM snapshot. Then, today i got update that they are saying this information is incorrect.
So now, Team airtel please suggest how can I resolve this issue or whom should I approach for the same.
