Dear Team,
I am user for Airtel Prepaid & Recharged My Mobile for Yearly subscription with unlimited Talk time and 1.5 GB Internet plan Daily for a year about, Having thought Urgency I kept Surplus balance Rs 452.00 to My Main Balance and can not use due to unlimited plan already I had, When I Checked with Toll Free was Surprized to hear with CC Executive that Airtel Main Balance Account of Prepaid can not be used in Self Account Recharge. Action must be taken, Its Cheating with Customers.
