Hi ,
Being a Platinum customer of airtel ,
I am sorry to say that Airtel is not providing services up to mark.
From past 17 days i am facing network issues . Even today when i was working the net got disconnect as there was no network.
I am tired to complaining this to customer care as i am not that free to call your customer service every now and then.
Moreover i dont get any firm solution from their end .
I am working from home and i am dependent on Airtel.
Second issue is , IVR provided from your side 121 does not exist for my number.
For both the issues , tickets have been raised and they just escalate without giving solution.
So if your so called best network is not capable enough to handle customer request , your technical team is not capable enough to resolve these issues.
Then PORTING OUT from your so called “best network”. is the only option i am left with.
