I’ve been complaining to Airtel services team since May 2021 but the connectivity issues are still not resolved. Suddenly since May 2021 the Airtel Network has become worst in my area. Now I don’t know how a network which was working with 4G so well that suddenly cannot even provide 2G connectivity. Further I’m unable to make any calls either. I keep asking them to resolve the issue but all they respond is borrowing more time to look into the matter.
