I am a customer of Airtel, I have taken there broadband services. I paid the bill last week on Sunday, it’s been around 8 days. My internet is still not working. I talked to there customer care, engineers, I mailed to there higher authority teams, they are just telling me the same answer wait for 24 hours, wait for 24 hours. When I asked for the refund they were like you will get refund in 45 days. I can’t even wait for refund, because if I will disconnect there services then I will have to switch in another company, but my money is stuck in Airtel which they are saying to refund in 45 days. Not even banks take these many days to refund. I am not getting the solution from there side plus they are just ignoring me by saying wait for 24 hours everytime I call them. I paid 2063 rupees in there company.
