Dear sir ,
this is regarding the Data issue for my mobile 9739862268 . i had 30 GB of mobile data and they say yes the data is allotted to your account but you are not eligible to use it .
i do not understand this logic of Airtel .
If its alloted to my account i should be able to use it .
Also they problem is when they change the plan they do not update the customer by any means .
