I have raised a complaint on 6th regarding landline not connecting to broadband router after informing airtel service people said it is Backend issue when contacted the customer care they said issue will be resolved in 24 hours few will raise complaint and they will close it by themselves that the issue has been solved after taking to the head superior he also said like issue will be solved on Saturday first half none of them came here to solve the issue nor responded no shame on airtel service.
