hi, firstly Airtel customer care service provider is worse. They should know the right manner. They are here for problem solving not to give suggestions. Secondly, in my Airtel app service problem. If my balance is 4.5 tk then if I want to buy 250 mb cost 4 take Airtel say insufficient balance. How is it possible. As 4.5> 4 . Thirdly, instead of no data connection, no phone call Airtel cut my balance. When I asked 121 they replied your data connection was on. This is bullshit.
