I have been an Airtel customer since June 2016. Till last few months, the service was good. Later on they started looting customers.
My data gets over very quickly, they charge for caller tunes very early than the scheduled date, customer care is active only in twitter, where I get the same reply every time I complaint.
And, today all of a sudden network is shown as “NO SERVICE”. What should I do? Should I keep suffering under this foreign companies or any action will be taken against them?
