Hi
    I am Nikhil M Shah mobile number 9133355516,
I have a issue regarding network at my place , address 3-4-250, Mathura apartment ,beside venkatrama theater, Kachiguda, Hyderabad 500027 it’s been pending from February month I gave a complaint regarding my network issue Till now my issue Has not been solve , I have send a email to MR. Thirumurugan regard My network issue and before I have request to don’t disconnect my service due to non payment , on that also no one responded , I paid my bill and service got resume , but they have charged me late payment,  than I should also charge you for not responding and it’s been 6 month I am facing this problem no one has concern they just need money,  and this will be my last email to everyone regarding issues what I am facing network issue,  from few days on my alternate number I m getting calls for airtel to pay my bill and even one person visited my place this Sunday I.e 09/08/2020 .name lokesh number ” 9989850458 ” no proper dress no identification proof enter my place and he has not found any network issue in his phone and demanding to pay balance, on 12/08/2020 , he called me and being rude asking to pay the bill and about service his manager said there is a issue but not going to resolve in future also.

Apart  from this I have send many emails , called many time to customer care number  till now no one has concern regarding my network problem because of that I didn’t paid my bill , After that I requested not to disconnect My service , than also service got disconnected and forcefully I have to paid my bill to resume there was no other option left I think I made a mistake choosing airtel
Now also I got reply because I paid the bill just to show we care for customer.  can understand my issue not has solve it’s taking time because of lock down, but I really don’t understand about you people, without any service you people asking me to pay the bill and sending me Emails, SMS, Calls all possible Alert but non of them has ask me about my network issue after repeatedly gave a complaint till now,  and all my complaint got close without intimate Only one time I got a call from technical department that they are working on it and issue will be solved 15 days back before lock down  till now I don’t know who is working on it and how , previous provider Had a same issue with the network and they haven’t solve my problem and I was keep paying their bill that’s why I port to airtel thinking their will be no issue I request you to take action and solve my problem ASSP.  After issue get solved immediately with in 5 to 10 min I will pay the bill.
