Text of Complaint by Leo Deepak:

My bill was due and was to pay it by the month end. However I was not given an option to use the services and was suspended without prior notice. Also I’m being charged hefty for Amazon Prime without sending any prior notice. Being long lasting customer I’m not thinking to end my contract here
