Dear Team

i was using AIRTEL mobile postpaid connection with a mobile device no. 8050003200. in the month of March Airtel has given a faulty bill with additional internet charges for 13000 which on raising issues promised to be corrected in the next billing cycle. in the month of April Airtel again charged additional 10000 for internet charges where I decided not to pay the bill till they rectify, Airtel representative called for more the 5 times where I requested them to rectify the issue and everyone came with the same answer to come back in 24 hours, but they have disconnected the services without intimation which is making losses to me in my business.
