I purchased a new Airtel xtream connection box from an Airtel showroom in madipakkam. I was promised the total will be 1999 which will include( broadband, DTH, 3 phones, 2 setup box for TV and one year subscription of prime and hot star as free) . I got an DTH box and broadband installed on first day and they got an payment from us but when we contacted the representative for the second box which was promised they aren’t responding properly it’s been more than a week. I tried called customer care regarding this issue .They as well say that I have to pay extra 400 for the second box every month and 499 for prime and hot star subscription. But customer care executives just cut the call abruptly without answering it
