My Airtel number is 9784942579 prepaid number. I recharge of Rs199 after then I am not able to use my data service and outgoing call. Since then I call many time to Airtel customer care. But no solution still I have same problem. I ask customer service to recharge again but they told me not to do so. My all work is suffering because of this. Why Airtel is not able to resolve this simple issue. If it’s not soon resolve then I will make legal complete against Airtel and take this issue to social media.
Hope still some one in Airtel who can resolve my issue and take customer complaints seriously.
