I am Airtel Customer from around 2.5 years. I am regular bill payer,I am getting network and internet issue from last 1 year. I called emailed company multiple times. But all the times I am hearing that this is under progress.
And all the time I am getting irrelevant answers from company. I am having all emails which I sent and reply which I received. I paid around 10000+ rupees without using proper services. Please check and help me to get my money back which I paid without proper services and I need compensation for loss which happened due to this.
Because of Internet issues I should have any others service providers simcard for internet and calling.
Please look into it and help me to resolve my concerns
