I had raised a complaint about network speed with airtel customer care a month ago but they are not even attempting to fix the problem, they give careless answers to disconnect the connection, they say they don’t waive off the bill even though it’s their incompetency to solve the problem, there are no proper escalation process as well within airtel, it’s really frustrating, I need help
