Text of Complaint by Bapi:

This is regarding my bill is 319 rs which should be zero as told by your employee.
I had ordered a sim on 20th Feb and told to airtel agent to make it add-on 99 data plan to my other airtel number.
He told me don’t worry about it, we will do and you will get a single bill in month of March. After somany calls finally got added this number to other as 99 data plan addon after paying 57 rupees along with 588 rs which was my bill.
Now I am still seeing 319 bill on the same which is not cleared. Also want to know why 57 rupees charged from me.
