I am a Airtel postpaid coustomer. I stopped my airtel postpaid plan in october. at that time I paid total charges and i applied close the postpaid plan. At that time I got emails of confirmation to stoping the services. But I am getting airtel due bills like the plan in running condition,only. I complained to the coustomer care of airtel for many times but they didn’t responded from 1 month. Every day i am calling and asking the reasons but no one is responding from airtel coustomer care. But they are sending bills to me.
