Hello Team,

Its start from 9th May where the card got corrupted and committed to delivered the card in 5 working days but due to Covid 19 it may have latency which was agreed by me and also i was not able to visit outlet due to covid 19, but today 1st July 2020 Aitrel is saying we tried to called you on 24 and 25th June but my phone was in-reachable but that was not for the delivery purpose, is was for enquirer purpose as they said on call.

And also they are saying we have stopped the delivery of card services please visit to outlet for the replacement and they are charging the cost for the 2 months which the card was not in use. Airtel is taking the advantage and taking the cost from us as we are unable to attend the outlet and also they will not delivers the card in between they will charge us.
