I am using Airtel Postpaid Service on the number 9999048605 and subscribed for Airtel Secure to protect my handset from Accidental and Liquid Damage. While applying for the Airtel Secure Service, Executive called me and told me that after subscribing for this service, your handset will be secure and In case of any damage, you do not have to pay any amount. Secondly now when I raised the claim, they told me that i have to pay the 10% of the Repair cost of that device. This was the first lie that the company hide me when subscribing for Airtel Secure. Now after agreeing to the 10% claw. Now My repair cost is Rs. 4073 and they are asking me to pay Rs. 800 and upon asking, they told me a new policy that 10% excess charges are levied on the Sum Assured. There are multiple time, when airtel has lied to its users. And i want to Highlight it as much as possible. Many of us are facing issues with airtel but we ignore or do not want to fight for our right. And these companies are taking advantage of that. I want to highlight this case
