I had submitted my Airtel secure claim on 23rd November 2018 against handset damage which was rejected after 3 days..After three days I submitted another claim which was again rejected siting a reason, claim already registered….Why are they not cooperating…..Tell me the reason..If my handset falls on the floor accidentally after colliding with some one and the display breaks, why cant I submit a claim for that….How come they reject my claim????? Whatelse is airtel secure for???? What does it cover then?????
I talked to Airtel a number of times but thay are not cooperating with me..Finally they told me to drop an email to the nodal officer which i did…But they replied me with an automated response 5 times…”Claim rejected due to reclaiming for the same issue.” But the reality is that Airtel forced me to reclaim for the same issue after the first claim was rejected…
