I woke up today and received a msg that I have 50% of my data limit which is 1.5 GB daily, after 10 minutes I received a msg again that I have used 90% and then after another 3 minutes my 100% data was consumed. during this time I have hardly watched a video I did not use any social media I did not download anything. I was shocked so I called customer care I told them about the issue and they for registering any complaint saying as per our record you have used your data.
I needed to work so I recharged my phone with 58 Rs (3GB data) and was waiting for network to come then I restarted my phone multiple time assuming this will solve the network issue but nothing happened. After 3 hours I called again to airtel customer care and asked why my data network is not working they said it worked and you have consumed full 3 GB data after using your daily data. I was completely shocked and frustrated that how can they do this to me. I tried lodging complaint but I did not find anything to do. even my phone setting says I have hardly used 500 MB data today.
