I am using Airtel Fibernet Broadband service since 1 month , during the time of document collection sales team committed 40mbps speed & made me to register for 3months plan. After connection i am getting only 24Mbps when checked with technical team and 121 customer case they are telling in my locality(Sanjaynagar , Bangalore) only 24Mbps is available. I have been fraud by giving false Information. When I contacted area manager for solution he asked me to give a complaint in 121 whereas none of them are responding.
