I have taken Airtel Broadband connection on 9-August-2021, I have specifically mentioned to setup monthly 999 plan (200 mbps speed). Sales man cheated me and configured different plan (1499 monthly) for me.
After reaching out multiple times to sales person he refusing to alter my plan to 999.
Fed up of talking to sales man, expecting help from consumer forum to help me out.
