At first I got 2 mbps connection at my home of airtel broadband then a airtel sales guy came attending to my complaint and he offered me to provide 16mbps airtel broadband speed only when I take new connection which comes with unlimited data, the promise he made.He also told me that he would discontinue my old connection and that too in 7 days. He meant that 7 days will be charged too I even agreed to that since there is no airtel customer care support to help us , I thought everything was fine until I saw my new plan on airtel thanks app which was limited to just 75gb per month soon I realized that the sales guy fooled me to get new connection and also its been 6 days since I told him to disconnect my old connection still there is no update on that too(Note – I am still billed for old connection too ) Because of that sales guy I have now 2 connection in my house he didn’t cancelled my old connection neither I am getting unlimited data on my new connection there is no support no help from airtel side just local airtel executives who are fooling customers. I please request you to help me
