I am Devesh from Gandhinagar (Gujarat) and I am using Airtel number +91-8511564069 since ‘2012’ and I am consistent active Airtel user. Right now I am slightly unhappy with Airtel services that Binding blind trust on Airtel i had never checked my Bills and Data consumption. But whenever i check i found mismatch either in Data consumption or in Bills.
There is one complaint which i have logged on 9th April 2019 i.e. i am getting only 40 GB data whatever is the plan and this complaint is not resolved after numerous follow up on mails & calls to 121. Whenever i called to 121 they asked me to wait for 48 hours but after that there is no resolution. I have taken Rs 749 plan, so in that i must receive 125GB data but instead of that i am getting only 40 GB but Airtel Technical/executive still not able to understand the problem.
First there was the complaint for extra bill usage, which was resolved after taking so much follow up from my side and lastly i received Apologize mail from Airtel team. Reference no. 79469026. This is the Second time when i am having complaint with Airtel regarding the DATA consumption and there are total more than 8 Reference no. 90096777, 90176509, 90198013, 90205427, 90227051, 90273270, 90431295 & 90432455 but still issue not resolved. My complaints are closed by Airtel without my concern though my issue is not resolved.
