Airtel has asked to pay 55000 INR for giving service on roaming for three number which are in family pack. This plan was for one year and it was under post paid connection. Later due to eSim issue, they asked to pay immediately and told will adjust the amount after sim is active. received the sim by next week but the service was not provided for other two numbers. The amount is not re-funded but claiming that they will investigate and come back.
Currently claiming the support has not informed giving the service and not going to refund. If that was informed, why should I pay 55000 INR without the service given.
Please help.
