Text of Complaint by Kartik Aggarwal:

My mother is travelling in UAE. I made a recharge of INR 446 roaming pack for 75 mins. It didn’t work giving the message of low balance without any usage. I made another recharge of INR 446 and still the issue persisted.  I spoke to the customer care team and they told to keep a minimum balance so I recharged again with INR 20 and the issue still persists. No response from the Airtel team and now I’m unable connect with her.
