Sir my problem is regarding some roaming issue coming in my phone it is showing some ‘R’ symol on the notification bar for that reason I am unable to make calls or receive I have also tried many recharge but they are of no use for at least 2 months back this problem is coming I have also contact with many custumer care no.
But they are advising to go to the nearest Airtel shop but right now my house is coming in the red zone and I am unable to go outside I have also look into the settings of network location in my phone it is showing location of kerela but I am living in Agra
Sir kindly please look into my matter as i am facing many problem regarding this number
