I went to airtel office in karkala jodurasthe , for changing my sim since it was not working,retailer demanded Rs. 100 as service charge , later i got message from airtel service that retailer can demand only up to 25 Rs for service… I wonder how such a companies retailers frauds openly … its a breach of trust of the consumer ..
