Recharge of Airtel Prepaid Mobile for mobile number – 987109… was made on 29/06/2020 for Rs. 689.00 with Txn ID: 200629772697 but the same was not updated in my prepaid recharge balance. Hence all services are barred.
Secondly, feeling very harassed that I am unable to submit my complaint in Customer Care Number – 121 and even in Airtel Thanks App no such option is available.
