Bharti Airtel who is known for the telecommunication services and the issue is that where they see less number of users they are just selling their network towers. As I am one of his customer and I am faced the issue. I have to travel on weekly basis to meet my grand parents and have to travel & go in a small village which is located near Changoba which is in Pandhurna Tehsil in Chhindwara District of Madhya Pradesh State. So suddenly Airtel the service provider have now stopped providing the services to the Changoba village. One day I have gone there and having some important work but due to the connectivity issue I had to bear some financial loss. I was not even able to get help of my friends as there was no network even to call them. This thing is not good to restrict the services to only few KM where you get high traffic. If someone from outside will come and see suddenly he will go blank as they may have something important so due to connectivity issue he will regret using the service.
This was just an example there are many places nearby in Pandhurna Tehsil where the network is shut down. Airtel & Jio are the top service provider India and this can’t be expected by them. So, my request is to resume the services to avoid such Mishaps and compensate me
