Hi
I have been using airtel since 20 years.But the present problem is regarding their messaging of alert messages of disconnecting outgoing ang incoming services.Unless a recharge plan is done every month service cant be continued.Inorder to get confirmed recharges from customers they are doing this.As a customer we have right to choose when to recharge.Its a known fact that if we dont use a network for more than 6months the service providers can cut our sim.Bt still after using the sim they are giving warning and making us to recharge.This should be stopped.Kindly do the needful.
