Text of Complaint by Sahil:

I applied for airtel broadband on 14 march 2023 and paid full payment of 3000rs . Agent saaid that there was underground connection in your area but next day when engineers came to set up my connection they said there is no underground connection and you have to cancel tha connection and then apply for refund .
After a week my connection got cancelled and there is no customer service for refund process .
They are not refunding my money

Airtel is really so pathetic and a cheater .
There agents are scammers who lied to the customers
He said there is underground wiring but there is not and he knows that from starting .
