Text of Complaint by Milan juneja:

I have made a transaction for my order of d2h and broadband of 1500 rupees. Which was cancelled by Airtel representative and refund was initiated. Yesterday I got my refund but instead of getting refund in my bank account they have charged my d2h services with it which is not working properly in my area. I want my refund back in my account. I have mailed several times but they are not resolving my issue. They have asked transaction details and bank statement which I have provided several times, But still no result.
Kindly look into this matter
