Fucker, you people have deducted money from my bank account for 499 pack, when I spoke to the airtel customer care supervisor, she said there is no option to refund the money back immediately, informed me to recharge once again, when you didn’t have this plan why the hell you people have displayed it in the application.
The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life, without informing you have increased the tariff plan to 50%.
Should we need to pay 696 rupees so that the airtel owner can pay twenty six thousand crores??????
