have been waiting from 5 months for refund from airtel, broadband connection, after a chain of calls and emails saying my registered address is changed and I want digital transfer for refund, I got confirmation from airtel, that I’ll get refund via NEFT and so, I provided them my account details. To my surprise, I got a mail last week that a cheque has been sent via courier to the registered address, where I don’t reside anymore. After 5 months of effort and written confirmation from airtel for refund via NEFT, this is what happens!! I feel ridiculous when I see the advertisements regarding 0 complaints. where as a resolution for 1 complaint of mine can’t be as promised, in a timeline of 5 months.
