Airtel staff was keepon calling me for payment for my new airtel boardband connection, after I have done my payment for wrong caf num and I have informed her to process the refund process she has promised me that I will get my refund amount within 24hr on 25th April 2019, again she told me to pay RS 1000/- for new caf num it’s being 3 days I don’t get my airtel boardband connection and my refund, she has blocked me in whatapp after I have made the payment.
