I had airtel black postpaid connection till june 2022 in kunchanapalli, vijayawada. Later I shifted to Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh and i also raised a request with airtel for shiting my connection. But airtel black services were not available in nandyal at that time and so the installation team gave me a prepaid connection without informing me about this. After 1 month i.e. in july 2022 i got message from airtel thanks app showing that there was a bill due. So I made the payment. But after few days the broadband was not working and again it showed a bill due in my airtel account. So I made that payment also. I made payment like this for 3 times and total amount of around 2000 rs. When I contacted the customer care they told me that I had both prepaid and postpaid connection. Due to unavailability of postpaid services in my area the postpaid connection was paused and the amount that I paid got deposited in the postpaid account. All this happened in the month of August 2022. Since then I have been talking to the airtel customer care executives and they say that I will get a call back from the concerned team, but till now I did not get any call from airtel and I did not get my refund yet. Kindly help me with this.
