I had requested for Airtel broadband services for which my area’s airtel customer agent (Shailesh) came to take all the details including ID proofs etc and made me do the payment of Rs. 3532 advance for 6 months. He told me that within an hour engineer will come to fix the router and activate the connection but nobody came. And now on calling this person Shailesh, he is threatening us that he will not activate the connection nor will he refund the money.
