Text of Complaint by Bharat Bhushan Sahni:

On 21-01-2022 Ported in to Airtel
-recharged for Rs.299/- valid for 28 days
-Validity up to 17-02-2022
-On Renewal reminder recharged for Rs.179/- on 14-02-2022 valid for 28 days
-Now the Connection is terminated on 14-03-22 instead of 17-03-22
-On contacting Customer Care at 121 was informed by Customer care Executive ‘Ulfat”;
-that the connection was reset on 14-02-22 itself
-that instead of starting the New Plan w.e.f. 18-02-22
-that is after the expiry of Old Plan the New Plan was immediately got activated on
14-02-22
-that is even before the expiry of the Plan which was to expire on 17-02-22
