When I got my Airtel SIM, its validity was till the year 2030. In November 2018, I get a SMS that my SIM’s validity will be over on 1st December, 2018. I recharged my number with Rs. 10 from Paytm which showed lifetime validity. I checked validity after recharge, it showed December, 2021. Now again today, i.e. 18th December, 2018 I get another SMS that validity will be over on 20 December, 2018. It also mentions that Rs. 23 has to be recharged every 28 days to increase validity.
This was not expected from Airtel. Please look into the matter and do the necessary.
