I have recharged Rs.49 through Amazon india twice the same number on 30. 12. 2020. There is option to extend this prepaid amount to next month but now airtel customer care is refusing to refund or extend the already paid amount. I.want refund the amount to amazon india. Airtel and amazon india are partners to get bill payments and now customer care person informs as third party.
Airtel gets like this huge amount from our grand parents and uneducated persons in our country. Airtel must understand this too.
