I have subscribed for Rs 399/- unlimited calls with 1.5GB data with 56 days validity on 07-04-2020 @ 0:15. Then at 6:12pm dt:07-04-2020 i have recharged with Rs 48 for 3GB data with 28 days validity, transaction ID 873810097.
I dont have internet working and i tried to call customer care around 8:32pm for 14 minutes and 4 seconds. The call charges were deducted but call was not answered and issue of internet was not resolved.
I recharged Rs 48 as i wanted to use the internet. Please return back Rs 48. As activation is of no use for me tomorrow.
