I recharged my phone with a add-on of 251₹, i.e data pack of 50gb, but its its not reflected in my account. I tried to talk to airtel’s customer care, but all their given phone number says the same bot generated message again and again. Plus there is no option for customer support (i.e to call to customer care) on airtel app as well. I am an IT student and internet is very must for me. If this kind of people are here making students life worst, they should be punished.
