Text of Complaint by Babu A:

I have attempted recharge of Airtel through Deal me
Good site on 7/12/2021 for an amount of Rs.1799 using my credit card.
The amount got deducted was Rs.1745/- saying that Rs.54 is cash back.
But the recharge did not materialize. To my surprise, I got an E mail
saying that I have purchased a Deal me Good Voucher for an amount of Rs.1745 which I did not. The firm has not refunded the money taken from me.
