Text of Complaint by Ashish kumar:

I recharge my airtel prepaid number with Rs699 on 23 march for 56 days.which include prime membership in thanks benefits with others benefits. But prime membership not given in thanks app prime logo is blur(claimed). I called many time airtel customer care but they don’t have any resolution and I also email nodal officer they also not responding. Airtel not giving service as they say in there recharge. I also sharing screenshot.
