My name is Natarajan -Tamilnadu-9976813668
In airtel Rs.598 plan gives 84 days validity,daily 1.5gb data, unlimited calls, daily 100 sms, wynk music, Airtel Xstream premium.(attached 598 plan details image – 1).
then i recharged that plan yesterday 25.01.2020 (attached recharge success image – 2), in that all other offers are working properly except Airtel Xstream premium it ask to recharge to continue(attached image file – 3).
After that i call airtel customer care executive at 25.01.2020 06.38pm, that officers says “you will uninstall the app, then try after 1 hour, you can access the xtream tv. and i launch a complaint about this, the reference number sent to your mobile number. The sms came after that call (attached airtel sms image – 4). But still now its not working the Airtel Xstream app.
Its purely cheating customers, when we recharged the plan its immediately activated all offers includes the pack. Two days i try to this airtel xstream app access but no use. time waste and mentally disturbed. Then why announcing this type of offers?
