This is regarding the recharge of Rs.399-/ which was done on 24th April, 2019 for which I have not received any service.
The recharge was done through My Airtel App and payment was made through AmazonPay.
Amazon has given me all the details regarding this transaction and also stated that on checking upon with Airtel said that the service is provided by you people so why is there a mismatch? Why I am not getting services?
I am sending you the details of the transaction. Please do the needful and provide the services as it is already too late and no solution is found after contacting Airtel customer care twice. on 11th May it was confirmed that my issue would be resolved by 13th May 5 PM.
However there has only been assurance and no resolution till date.
The reference number is CONRC30511484016.
Moreover not able to contact any customer care executive.
