I’m Manikandamoorthy and my Airtel no. 7502303966. I tried to recharge my number through Airtel app by 09/04/2020 around 12pm for Rs. 49 with talktime of Rs. 38 which is valid for 28 days. The amount was debited from my bank account but not updated to my Airtel number. So I was unable to make calls and send SMS. And still now the amount was not credited back to my bank account. I request you to revert Rs.49 back to my bank account or make recharge for the same I’ve chosen in my Airtel app. I have mailed airtel about this recharge issue but there’s no proper response.
